No Worse Than Cambodia

I think "No Worse Than Cambodia" ought to be Kerry's motto when it comes to troop pull outs.

What I mean by that is that the butchers we leave behind will kill no more than 2 million.

We went down that road once with Kerry.

Why not twice?
