Nice Game Guys
Rex had one of his bad days.
Bears lose. There is always next year.
Fifty four minutes of good football.
I still liked D. Hester's opening kickoff return. Very nice.

I'm going to be watching the Super Bowl this afternoon, like all Americans truly devoted to their religion.
Rex IS our quarter back.
Go Bears.
Bears over the Colts. 38 to 10.
Why that score? Why not.

The original: 1985 Bears Super Bowl Shuffle - YouTube about 7 minutes.
Rex is outstanding but it will be a long time before we see another Punky QB like McMahon. Or Coach Ditka that year having to manage a team of iconoclasts and succeeding at his goal of winning and failing at his goal of controlling McMahon.
A nice history of the '85 Bear's season.
There is a lot of happiness in Chicago this year, in '85 there was magic.
Samurai Mike updates the Shuffle. Funny. And in a way pathetic.

The Bears have a chance to go to the Superbowl.
Snow and cold weather favor the Bears over N' O'leans.
The Bears by 3.
So until the game is over (and probably a while after - I'll either be celebrating or depressed) I'm gonna be busy.
Go Bears.
2 PM Central ( 20:00z) for idiots like me who didn't check game time.

Blogger software that is.
Blogger has been very cranky the last few days when it comes to accepting posts. Or even refreshing pages. Hopefully this will soon be over and normal posting frequencies will resume.
BTW how about dem Bears? Not as good as the '85 team IMO. Still one of the best teams in the league for a long time. For nostalgia fans, here are the words to the Super Bowl Shuffle. A video of The Super Bowl Shuffle.
