Well This Is Odd
Why are guys in full rad hazard body suits doing radiation testing at the Santa Clara Valley Water District [aka Silicon Valley]? Are they expecting high levels of radiation? Or just being overly precautious? You can watch a second video in which the "tester" is waving away the guy taking the video. Strange.

But that was a few weeks ago.
Of course it is hard to tell what kind of instrument the guy was using but it does look like a radiation detector.
