The New Age is Healing

This is a response to this Sarah Hoyt post Hate - November 17, 2025. There is a hate I have been focusing for a very long time. It comes from the Right. Drug hate and hate for the people (with no discipline or religion - addicts) who take them. People take pain relievers to relieve pain. Shooting drug boats in the Caribbean will not fix that. The right has run on drug hate as a unifying principle for a very long time. Hate has been the essence of politics forever.

The original drug hate was a resource play by the British East India Company. Bleed China. "If the trade is ever legalized, it will cease to be profitable from that time. "Once you start taking them you can't stop." "Addicts" still tell the story of "recovery". Frank Sinatra made a movie. Such stories are still very popular.
It is my understanding it is still a resource play by an American agency.

The story you don't hear much: Dr. Lonny Shavelson in his book "Hooked" said that 70% of female heroin addicts had been sexually abused in childhood. Or this more general look: Addiction is a symptom of PTSD says Nobel Prize Winner in Medicine Eric Kandel in his book, "The Disordered Mind." Which includes veterans and others. People tale pain relievers for pain.

It gets even better. Alcohol use produces endorphins - the body's natural opiates. Alcohol addiction is treated at least in part as a medical problem. It is at base an opiate addiction. AA treats it as a religious problem. In any case the government no longer persecutes alcoholics directly for their alcoholism. And of course alcohol is Biblical. Opiates are not.

How about science? Receptor Science. What is emptying the receptors? We know the answer. Injury and PTSD.

Persecution of criminals is also going out of favor on the left. Despite the fact they are criminally insane in execution of their plan, they are correct. Social Problems Caused By Child Abuse. The new age is healing enemies. We have enough resources to quit fighting.

And finally why are the left so insane? They are the Party of Abused Children .
