I love epigenetics. There's a classic picture I saw in a molecular biology class I took. Monozygotic (identical) twins that looked completely different in their 40s because they were raised in separate homes. Epigenetics is tremendously important.

Epigenetics is the proof that nurture still matters, it's not all just nature.
