I Have Another One

It seems the Senate is about to pass S 510. Maybe. It is about food safety (do you really believe that?) and the regulation of food products that could cause illness from contamination. According to what I consider overblown (for now) rhetoric it will be messing with home gardeners and legacy seed growers and collectors.

“If accepted [S 510] would preclude the public’s right to grow, own, trade, transport, share, feed and eat each and every food that nature makes. It will become the most offensive authority against the cultivation, trade and consumption of food and agricultural products of one’s choice. It will be unconstitutional and contrary to natural law or, if you like, the will of God.” ~Dr. Shiv Chopra, Canada Health whistleblower
Now is that true? I haven't looked. But I doubt it. But suppose it is true. Is it unconstitutional? Of course not. Hemp/cannabis has been banned for a long time on health and safety grounds. Why not everything else? They have decades of precedents on their side.

Well what do you know? The Drug War justification works for ObamaCare and the TSA too. And now the control of plants. There is nothing the Drug War can't do.

It's all about being the first to patent seeds, and then because a multi-national mega-corporation owns the seed patents, they also own any genetically engineered or gene modified variations of the seeds.

It's all about getting the patents on the seeds first, BEFORE legalizing medical marijuana or marijuana, because if a multi-national mega-corporation owns the patents on the 400 known strains of marijuana seeds, then they will have total and absolute control of the medical marijuana and marijuana market BEFORE it is legalized under federal law.

They are playing a master chess game.

If you want to help me beat them, help me to find an Executive Campaign Finance Director in charge of fundraising for my 2012 campaign.

I have contacted three "headhunter" firms and none of the three has responded at all yet: glocap.com, jasonyeun.com and A.R.T. Atlantic Research.

CCTV To see videos Cris Ericson has produced on Bald Eagles, EB-5 Foreign Investments and Equal Rights to Water Recreation, put "cris ericson" in the CCTV search box.

HELP CRIS ERICSON TO GET PUBLIC OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL OF MARIJUANA SEEDS before the multi-national mega-corporations patent them. http://USMJP.com

Follow the money.

I hope the big seed houses are opposed and lobbying against it, but chances are they want a place at the trough.

Will it fly? When gardens are outlawed, only outlaws will grow gardens. I can't wait for the backlash on this one.

Go get 'em, Chris!
