California Is Starting To Get Serious

California is getting serious about fixing its state budget. Here is one of the cuts they are looking at.

$37.8 million by eliminating food stamps for legal immigrants not eligible for federal assistance.

Not a big amount to be sure given the extent of the crisis, but politically very telling.
