Progress In Anbar

Michael Totten has a post up with a lot of nice pictures on what is going on in Anbar Province in Iraq.

I have done a review of his article at Classical Values with only one picture for those of you with dial-up.

It is a really good view of what our military is doing in Anbar and gives an estimation of the chances that we will pull off a mission that turned out to be much more difficult than our original estimates. Not an unusual happening in war. As the saying goes, "No plan survives contact with the enemy."
