Beating the OODE cycle

Suppose the other guy's OODE (observe, orient, decide, execute) cycle is faster than yours. How do you defeat him?

Make sure his observations are faulty. That way a faster cycle will insure a quicker defeat.

All warfare is based on force and misdirection. - if SunTzu didn't say it he should have.
