I don't see it, not this year. Hezbollah and Hamas are not acting like they want to risk it, and neither is Iran. Lots of talk, but they always back down in the end.
That flotilla was organized by Turkey. That's a different story. I'm beginning to think they're having delusions of Ottoman grandeur again, for the first time in 90 years. It'll take them several years to get rid of the secular establishment, but if they do then it's a whole different ball game.
IMO, there's your genesis of the next war in the Middle East.
