A Kind Of Fever
I have seen this kind of fever before. The voters wanted to do something "historic". We did it once before in Illinois. Carol Mosely Braun. A one term Senator.
I am still convinced that The Rod is an excellent model for thinking about the Obama Administration. I think Obama will turn out to be not much smarter and politically adept.
