Peter Shumlin's warrantless searches without subpoena's,
which clearly violate the United States Constitution,
UNDER THE GUISE OF the Vermont
"PRESCRIPTION DRUG MONITORING PLAN",
are some of many first steps in
creating a dictatorship
the likes of which some past dictators

The Vermont "Prescription Drug Monitoring Plan"
identifies weak citizens
whose diseases
can be added
to Peter Shumlin's list
which already includes
(according to the Burlington Free Press)
deferring treatment for Autistic people.

One by one, Peter Shumlin can identify
which patients
cost the government too much money,
and "defer" treatment for them.

Meanwhile, he will not save taxpayers any money
because what is saved will be spent in triplicate
paying police to do surveillance on people with
the aid of the Vermont Prescription Drug Monitoring Plan
under the guise of identifying patients
who allegedly might sell their prescription
painkillers into the community.

One investigator, Phil Ciotti, allegedly spent
8 years working for the Vermont Board of Medical
Practice surveilling patients and could not find
one patient in 8 years doing wrong.

Meanwhile, after that, Phil Ciotti was in the news
because he allegedly has a license to sell guns
and kept about 500 guns in his home in Vermont.

College students who bring their prescriptions from
out of state are exempt from the Vermont Prescription
Drug Monitoring Plan.

Tourists who bring their prescriptions to ski areas
from out of state are exempt from the Vermont
Prescription Drug Monitoring Plan.

We are living under DOUBLE STANDARDS as well as suffering from
unConstitutional abuse!

Being one myself, it's my experience that "gunners" tend to look at drugs from two perspectives; secondarily from the generalised rights infringement aspect, but even more frequently from the physical imparement effect on shooter safety, the latter of which tends to result in an overall negative view of drug usage generally and on drug legalisation. If you seriously intend to involve "gunnies" in your efforts to end government prohibition as that pertains to drug usage, you're going to have to address the imparement/safety concern. You won't find much resistence to the "reduce government intrusion" part.

WHY IS THE NEWS MEDIA IN THE U.S.A.

MENTION THE VOTE COUNT FRAUD IN
THE U.S.A.?

WILL THE VOTE FRAUD OF 2010 IN VERMONT
HAPPEN AGAIN IN 2012?

There are allegations
in the news today, Dec. 6, 2011, that some people in Russia are
concerned about vote count fraud there.

Is Vermont really all that "far away" from Russia?

How does vote fraud effect our economy? Is the richest
and wealthiest candidate the one who will win;
and win over the justice system as well?

"Governor" Peter Shumlin of Vermont,
a Democrat, allegedly is a "fraud".

Thousands of votes were allegedly stolen from candidate Cris Ericson,
which you can see by the difference in the unofficial election results
collected, and then the official results released to the news media.

Once the unofficial results were tabulated, it was clear that no candidate
had received a majority of the vote.

Under Vermont law, when that happens, the full state legislative body
must vote on a ballot with the names of the three candidates who
received the most votes.

By changing the vote count, instead of Cris Ericson's
(United States Marijuana Party http://usmjp.com )
name being on that ballot,
Dennis Steele's name was listed.

If Cris Ericson's name (United States Marijuana Party
http://USMJP.com ) had been listed, then some of the state legislators
may have voted for her, and that may have changed the outcome,
giving the most votes for Governor to the Republican candidate, Brian Dubie.

Cris Ericson (United States Marijuana Party http://USMJP.com )
would not have won, but by allegedly stealing votes from
her, and not putting her name on the ballot the full state legislative
body was required to vote on because no candidate received a
majority of the vote, the correct outcome is unknown.

Unless the stolen votes are recovered by finding out who may have
hacked into the system, who may have been paid off, and who may
be guilty of alleged voter fraud,
it is not appropriate or legally correct allegedly, for Peter Shumlin to
act as Governor of Vermont.

The person or persons who allegedly committed this voter fraud
should be discovered and then the full state legislature should
be required to vote again for Governor because no candidate
received a majority of the vote, and the vote that was taken
by the state legislative body was allegedly based on voter fraud.

Just look at the difference in the two vote counts from unofficial,
when someone realized no candidate had a majority of the vote,
to the official results which give an allegedly weaker candidate the third place.

Deborah Markowitz (Democrat) was Secretary of State at the time and in control, and
therefore she allegedly should be charged with vote fraud.

Peter Shumlin allegedly rewarded Deborah Markowitz for her alleged
vote fraud by giving her an extremely high paying job in his administration,
which she now holds.

Are Peter Shumlin and Deborah Markowitz criminals, and if so,
under what federal codes and statutes?

Dec. 5, 2011 I placed a call to the office of
House Judiciary Chair, Lamar Smith, who
did NOT allow a vote on HR 2306 to
End Marijuana Prohibition:
put on hold a 2nd time, wait, rules,
hung up on me, o.k. I'm off the phone,
here's what happened,
after 2 calls to Lamar Smith's
office and being
put on hold the first time,
the second time I was told by someone
in Judiciary Staff that Lamar Smith
would NOT put HR 2306
up for a vote, and that occurred in June 2011
and the reason is that marijuana is not legal
under federal law
and not approved by the FDA
for medical marijuana.
I asked under What Rule is the
Chairman of the Judiciary Committee
allowed to NOT put a bill up for a vote.
The person speaking to me stated that he did not know.
By then I was speaking to someone in the
Rules Committee.
I asked him to speak to his supervisor.
Then he came back and said there is
not a rule specifically
but it is somewhere in the bylaws.
I asked to speak to his supervisor,
I asked the name of his supervisor
and he hung up on me.

Thank you for contacting me about decriminalizing marijuana.
I appreciate hearing from you.

In the past two decades, states across the country
have repeatedly passed legislation making it possible
to prescribe or recommend the use of marijuana for medical purposes.
Despite existing state laws, marijuana is still a Schedule I drug
under the Federal Controlled Substances Act of 1970
and federal agencies, such as the Drug Enforcement Agency,
continued to enforce federal laws, even where state laws
allow for the use and possession of medical marijuana.

On March 18, 2009, Attorney General Holder announced
that the Department of Justice would shift its policy to
end medical marijuana raids. This is a big step toward
ensuring that decisions made at the state level are no
preempted by federal officials. It will also free up important
federal resources to focus on the drug traffickers and
dealers who maliciously poison our streets.

However, in general, I do not believe that illicit drugs
should be decriminalized. I believe the public health and public
safety implications of decriminalizing addictive and mind altering
substances outweigh any potential benefits gained by increased tax revenue.

Should any legislation on this issue come before the Senate,

Slightly OT: A guy I go to church with, a Marine, suffers from really bad PTSD. He went so far as to check himself into a VA hospital for a month or so to try and do something about it. He hasn't come around much since then. He did show up last Sunday and was walking like a zombie, obviously full of doctor drugs. Somebody buy that man an ounce of reefer!

Granted that a great many assumptions based on the proposition that a photon travels fastest of all will have to be re-thought, but how might any of that skull drudgery effect the speed-of-a-photon based GPS system?

In our blissfull ignorance, GPS worked. Now that we're slightly less blissfull, it still works relative(ity)ly well.

I've probably mentioned this in the past. A female deputy in Madera County, CA, decided she had to subdue a prisoner who was being a nuisance in the back seat of her patrol car. She reached for her taser, and shot him with her Glock. He instantly ceased being a nuisance. Forever. Details are lost down my memory hole, but is it likely he was in custody due to a drug related bust? The county was sued for wrongful death. Perhaps the deputy moved to Georgia.
